How the 1RM estimate works

EIDOLON uses an Epley-style formula with a logarithmic correction for high-rep sets, so a heavy triple and a 20-rep set both convert to a realistic max. Estimates are most accurate between 1 and 10 reps.

Turn your maxes into a strength map

A single 1RM only tells you about one lift. EIDOLON takes all of your personal records and grades each muscle from Untrained to Mythic against bodyweight- and sex-relative standards, then estimates your body composition from total force production.
